Page rank of digita point forum is now ZERO !

Hi guys,
I found that Page rank of digita point forum is now ZERO ! It's said that adsence click from a zero page rank site will get nothing paid, is that true?
if so, no one can make money through this "revenue sharing forum" !

Why page rank is 0? is google turn it into 0 because it share adsence?
