Page Rank Not showing

    I have started an website during the month of Apr 08 www.rechargetoday.com.

    Today i have checked my website and found that PR is not available .. does it mean i am banned ??

    I am getting organic search hits ..

    You are showing as PR0 for me which is a valid PR.

    And you have 189 pages in Google.com so you are not banned.

    Devilfish is right if you were banned your site would not be indexed in google.
