    Actually since i have been working as an SEO i do not give much importance to page rank thing, site page rank dropped to zero on 18th of May and 1st of june social bookmarking, directory submission made it up to 4 , normally it takes minimum 4-6 months to achieve that.

    Once u build your page rank then it become little more easy for you to work at your website on-page and gets SERP.
    Low PR haveto work harder then and less are the chances to capture SERP
