The ultimate goal is traffic but have you ever noticed that sites with good serp's also have decent PR. PR + keywords = high serp's = traffic.
For a good PR you have to worked hard in offpage i.e 1:Try to submitted your blog in atleast 10-20 directory perday. 2:Social bookmarking atlest 5. 3:try to make Facebook page and promote your blog in facebook too. 4:Make regular updates in your blog. Regards , Kamla Negi.
the content is the king for any kind of website or blog.. if your content is good then google is surely going to importance to your blog and it got cached fast if the content is unique.. you could go for seo activities that really helps to get the pagerank....
At least add best quality content and do some basic off page seo like book marking, Some articles, Blog directory submission and also do interlink of your blog/site.
My best tip is Stop wasting time/struglle with PR is just a number nothing more Rankings are all that mathers Rankings and PR have olmost 0 connexion ...
If your blog is interesting, presenting useful information, people will read it and link to it, so this will guarantee you some PR. If it's good optimized, avoiding duplicate content, it's another bonus for you.
i believe that content is the king. you write original contents and other bloggers give you the 'original' links, which are totally not nullified.
today, the search engines are more on socials. If your sites are doing well in social sites like FB, twitter, etc it has a big chance of doing well in SE.
Just add some good content and never mind the linking from time to time you will see that all your works will paid off...
Agree with one added thing, your goal should not be PR and is should be traffic, but to add it should be traffic that converts. You can find all kinds of tips on here about link building, and internal links work too. If you don't have time to do it, find someone to do it for you. Outsourcing is super cheap and well worth it. Spend your time making the sites and coming up with ideas, all that linkbuilding stuff should either be done at low cost or automated. By the way I wouldn't advise make good content and they will come. First of all that takes forever, and that is usually a saying of someone who is not willing to take any risk to gain reward. If it was that easy then everybody would spend their time making content every day.
There is no sure way of increasing PR as it all depends on how important Google values your site, and they are keeping the factors a secret, but having a link from an authority site definitely help0s
