    Google Page rank is based on back links. Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website. The more back links you have the higher your ... It will only increase it because you are getting a link back to your website. Google doesn't look at your back links page ranks to determine what yours is going to be

    Simple tips:

    You need links coming to your site. Spread it across the site not just the homepage.
    Get links from high PR sites, use directories, blog commenting and others.
    Or you can get an established domain which already has the PR and then 301 redirect it to your site.
    Constantly update your site with unique content.

In Off Page Optimization share your link in high PR sites of Directory submission, Social Bookmarking, Forum posting, Blog commenting, Video posting & so on. Doing this SEO works results you in traffic & back link. Huge traffic & high PR back links will increase you to high PR.
