I wouldn't worry too much about page rank. That is just a number Google puts on sites based on the age of the site, and the amount of traffic it gets. Providing your site is well optimized for the search engines, with proper keywords, h-tags, ect, you need to work on getting backlinks to your site. That is what will move it up in the rankings.

Yes, PR has NOT been updated in months, and we DO NOT know when the next update will be, or if they will ever update it again. Focus on other things. PR wont help your website.

No point worrying about it since it's out of our hands and only Google can answer any questions related to page rank.

PR isn't a good metric to evaluate your SEO campaign. Better to look at search engine rankings and traffic.

What I can say is that you need more backlinks with your targeted keywords in the anchor text.

Do you have a blog, facebook profile, twitter and other web 2.0 accounts to promote the website?
