    Wow, No wonder you lost PR, You have spent too much time
    1. giving articles away for free to other sites/competition so they can outrank you, when you should have been working on content for your own site.
    2. Commenting on other peoples blogs and raising their serps, when you should have been working on content for your own site.
    3. Social bookmarking when socializing is much more fun.
    4. Doing directory submissions, when you should have been working on content for your own site.

    In all seriousness, give up trying to game the search engines and concentrate on producing great original content for your site...
    Forget about toolbar PR, its overrated. Think about "trust", then think whether comment spamming and all the other stuff will add to your sites trustworthiness, or take away from it.

    I guess Seo is mind game and guessing nothing else more then that.. Every one I asked they said do this way that way and its really tough for others why trying to success... I guess finaly from today I give up

    i have blogs also appear to get this problem before. i'm selling link to my blog previously, so get penalized by Google. It dropped from PR3 to PR0.

    Just remove the link you're selling, and follow this method:

    Can some one help me understand this If i am penalized

    1. I am not selling any link = There is no link with my site only my site
    2. I still have page rank on Privacy policy page and RMA page and Contact us page they are 1 and 2 like that

    so what does that mean I am penalize or something counting wrong
