Page rank doubt-will sub domain backlinks considered ?

Hi friends. I have few doubts about page rank . Will the backlink to my subdomain consider as back link to my main domain or what?(will it increase the subdomain pagerank alone or including main domain?)

 

subdomain treated as a separate page or site.. so all link juice from backlink to that subdomain will be limited to that subdomain only and will not pass to your homepage.. yes if you place a link of your homepage on that subdomain then you will get juice from that subdomain to your homepage .

Backlinks pointing to the sub-domains helps to increase page rank of the sub-domains not of the main domain
