    I have a blog on domain.com/blog/
    I made redirection from domain.com to domain.com/blog/

I'm exchanging links to this URL domain.com not to domain.com/blog/

    Which url get higher PR?

I think that one domain.com but i must be sure

    Thanks for answers

    Regards

well, the links go the the first page, not to redirect. Are some links that go directly to blog, but are very rare.

I will suggest if you are redirecting the root url to /blog, then take all the links to /blog.

Otherwise it will be a waste of effort!

Pagerank is from the quality backlinks to your domain,so if domain.com got more backlinks than domain.com/blog.Domain.com will get a higher pagerank.

you don't seem to understand that a redirect means that you're in fact replacing the page, so you can't ask which one will get the most PR, as your domain.com page doesn't exist anymore, it's replaced by domain.com/blog/

so which one will get most PR?
well, /blog will get all PR, .com doesn't exist anymore !!
