Page Rank 6 -Alexa 19 mill. 0 links?

    This one I can't figure? What are your thoughts.

    I got a invite to submit to this directory. I checked it out, said hmmm nice pagerank 6. Then I examined further alexa 19 million+ and site is 3 months old.

    No one listed in the directory.

    How does this happen, I would love the PR6 for all the hard work I do on my sites.

    If you're talking about the-big-brain.com then the site has 28 links. And most of them are PR6/5/4, so a PR of 6 makes sense to me. PR of linking page plays a significant role.

    28 links to PR6 thats a pretty good formula to look for. I may consider joining the directory although traffic is my main focus.

    How many visitors per day for this websites? I know alexa takes traffic in cosideration as well.

    Just keep in mind that traffic and PR have nothing to do with each other (speaking in relative terms)

    Obviously traffic is how much activity going on the site, while PR is just a visual representation of how many important (authoritative) sites link to that website ;)

    Probably a dropped domain.
