Page Rank 4 flash arcade with over 2800 games!

After a short run, i've decided to put http://www.5starcade.com up for sale.

I bought this here on the forums a few months ago, changed the design a bit and purchased phparcade script and a gamepack for it, during the changeover the traffic dropped but is slowly climbing back up and i havnt touched it, it was making about $1 a day before the traffic dropped some, could be built back up easily if you had the time to do it, my job is taking more time and the wife is as well.

Reason for sale

Wife is preg and could use the cash for that, and just dont have the time to fool with it at the moment.

Traffic

It varies between 20-50 uniques a day at the moment, but i havnt touched it since march.

Traffic mainly comes from the following:

-Banner exchanges (where my banner is displayed on other arcades in exchange for theirs being displayed on mine - no purchased impressions or traffic at all here)

-Search Engines
