page rank 3 with no seo, page rank one with lots of seo

    Do some on page optimization for your website like Meta Tags optimization change your title and keywords every day and check if its works or not

    Google mainly provide high PR to those websites which are online for long long time say 4-10 years (company website, national website,Educational websites). These institutions are not worried about SEO or PR.

    I have seen some blogspot having pr 2 without any content. So, I think What Google say in webmaster guideline is totally right. We should not worry about PR, we should worry about traffic.

    I’m still not a big fan of PR anymore. Nofollow links have just as much importance as dofollow links. Still a link from a very important page, high PR or not will usually help.
