    I want to submit my website, but it is an arcade website so I don't have anywhere to put reciprocal links. If you make it free for webmasters to submit their website(s) with no reciprocal link, I am positive that you will get many quality submissions.

    I have run it with free listings before and got lots of spam links. We want to provide quality links not links for sites that have tons of ads just to make money.

    Also a reciprocal link for arcades are not hard to make as I own an arcade and have a few reciprocal links located on my website.
