    Up for sale is an affiliate website in the shed building niche
    all the content is unique as well as the design

    Ranked 6th for How to build shed in google gets a good monthly search volume plus there is other articles already seo optimized just needs backlinks building

    I suggest the buyer starts a list with this website ive done all the hardwork youve just got to start building your list and build a few backlinks to rank for other keywords.

    Maybe offer a free report from some plr infact i think i have some shed plans plr can throw in with this sale.

    No revenue yet, It's only just got its rankings stable, My advice is a squeeze page and a free report of some sort and build a list with an auto responder follow up emails to get good conversions,
