    Im selling my family guy website which is a page rank one.

    although traffic is not high, 20-50UV per day, ive started adding pictures to the site which will hopefully bring in more traffic soon.

    everything is set up and i am now looking to sell this to fund another project.

    main revenue could be from link sales should you decide to sell links on this site.

    not atm. i tried to keep the design clean. you can take that chat box out and put whatever ad network or affiliate you want too use.

    I cant guarantee that... but its very possible you can, you can probably sell it for more then what you'll buy it off me for. im open too buy it now prices as well... PM.. i provided this months traffic report. if you need more stats... IE... keywords from google and main countries visits. i can provide that too.

    Are you hosting the episodes or are they hosted elsewhere? If so how long as the videos active for on the third party server?
