    PR depends on the following:

    1. Good Content
    2. Internal Linking
    3. Quality Back Links

    There are other factors as well but the most important ones are mentioned above,

    To make PR as 1 and 2 do the following:
    1. Improve the ON page factors.
    *Good contents.
    *Keywords.
    *Back links.
    *URL.
