    make application under that account

    so i dont know why people can't have account for this

    I think it depends on your targeted market and the size of ur target. Under 3000 people, and aren't looking to get random people to see you (specific market, kinda like advertising you are selling a script... you want to come to DP, not a random site). Over 3000/ trying to get random people to notice you then fanpage.
