Page or Group ?? For marketing

How can promote your website better?? With FB Page or with FB Group??

Both are useful, but I agree with winternet that a Page is more useful.

 

I think is with page...... i usually not check my group and block all message from them

 

Why would you block all the messages from your group?

I would definitely go with FB pages. Pages have the main features that a group would have but as the post above me says, it's much more customizable.

This might not be as big a deal to some people, but I think pages just look better than groups. More professional if you will.

 

Fanpage will add popularity of your page. Whereas group will remain just as a group in my opinion.

 

With fanpage, you can add more updates about your site and increase its popularity.

 

Page is better because if you choose group, facebook may take the ownership from you if it gets popular.

 

With a page you have more freedom to create and customize it according to your business needs. So definately Page!

Groups can be good with a large about of members/fans, however page's get more exposure in facebook.

 

I would definitely go for a facebook page.

 

i think both have about the same value to market on

 

FaceBook page and group both are good but Facebook Page is very better for promote your website..

 

i just make both groups and pages... groups to get more people in and send newsletters! but pages to promote the link on google
