It's not difficult to get site on page 1 of google for some time.

But once other discover that you're getting money with it, things start to get rough.

What's the website? You can send it by PM if you wish to keep it private.

If nobody offers an open bid at your established price, I'll give you 4 USD for the site.

Well.. you see, human nature is quite predictable inside a closed environment.

At first you will see great value at property such as a web domain that you think that is going to succeed and be something to prosper.

But then a few months go by and the domain that you keep remains idle and gathering dust.

A few month later and the renewal date is set to expire - you start to panic - you don't know whether to try sell the domain or do something valuable with it but time just doesn't stop and you would really hate spending another $$ to get it renewed without getting any profit out of it.

    --------------------

    Now two conditions occur

    1. You try to sell
    2. You renew the domain

On the first case you have a domain that will expire within a couple of months and ask *at least* 20 USD for it. Nobody replies.

Then you try again and offer 10 USD, nobody replies.

Something must be wrong - you put the domain out for 1 USD, nobody replies again.

So, you either let it expire or give away to someone in return for some service.

    ---------------------

The second case is just an extension of the first case - you renew the license and the whole process goes back to the initial steps (let months pass, get in panic, try to sell) because this is simple human nature - repeatable and predictable in a closed environment.

So, after all this talk - do these 4 USD still seem like a little offer?

Well.. bid higher that 4 USD and get you'll understand what I mean.

    :)

ill offer $10 if its still going, i very much doubt you will get $50 without actually showing any traffic stats, also is it earning any revenue?
