Page Indexing Problem

Discussion in 'Google Sitemaps' started by Pintu, Sep 29, 2010.

    Hi friends!!

My problem is related to indexing my site in Google. I have gathered so many links for my bike related site ExclusiveBike.Com but still there is just 1 page indexed in Google. I removed site-map from webmaster and also resubmitted. I ping in Google blog-search, but still there is no increment in the indexing of the site. What should I do? Please suggest me.

I can see that your homepage is loading slow ... Slow sites may be penalized by search engines ...

There are certain areas you need to check if the web site is not indexing properly. The main thing is that 301 redirect is your web pages redirecting properly? any duplicate meta tags, duplicate content, spamy urls?

It is also important to have a check on robot.txt file included any unwanted rules in that which prevent spider from crawling your web site? or any nofollow, noindex tags in web pages?. Create a site map which includes all the URLs and specify this in your robots.txt file which will improve the crawling rate. Do a directory, article, blog submission of sites and check the crawling rate.

It's main reason behind decreasing index pages in Google. You have removed sitemap from webmaster toolbar after that crawl unable to reach all pages. So, that's why your index pages are going down. But, don't worry you have re-submitted it again. Now, all pages are index again.

    Hi,

i think all these point solve your problems. please read carefully

first create your static HTML site-map for visitors as well as search engines friendly. remove xml sitemap for bottom nevigation because xml sitemaps useful for only searach engines not for visitors.and again crate your sitemaps files and verifications codes and resubmit on server.and after that verify your site-maps for webmaster tools.and also check robots.txt file.
