Hello fellow DPers. I have a situation I have not come across before, so I thought I might put it out there and hear some of your ideas. I run an e-commerce site selling Compression Stockings . The current PR of the hompage is a 4, if you peek at some of the manufacturer pages, you will see /cep.php is a pr3, juzo.php is a 2, medi.php is a 2, and I'm sure you are getting the picture. My question pertains to the jobst.php page. You will see the current PR is a 0, and I dont really care about that. I am concerned with the fact that the page does does not show up in my Google Webmaster Tools AT ALL. The GWT page that shows inbound links used to show it being there with a few k links. Now its gone. The page showing internal links used to have it there with a few k links, and its gone from there as well. The page is not banned, if you google jobst.php its there so what is going on?
Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated as I am kind of bewildered on this one.

This is not a delay, as it used to show up in GWT. It does not show in GWT as even having any internal links to it, which there should be a ton. With the amount of links the page has, it should be at least a PR2, if not 3, yes it shows as a 0 (not grey bar N/A).

don't worry about that, mine also have same problem. This will doesn't effect anything on you. My website indexed morethan 100 pages, but in webmaster tool does not show anything.

After some time may be 30-60 days everything will be fine.
