Page indexed but not showing in other webtools

    I have a 6 months old website that is indexed in Google. At least this is the data provided by webmaster tool. However, if I check the index status of my website on other web tools, they show that website is not indexed in Google. The same thing is applicable for Bind index status as well. I have got the site indexed in Bind but this does not show in web tools.

    Another problem that I am facing here is that Google webmaster tool shows that I have around 85 links but other back link checker websites show that I have no links.

    I would really appreciate any help here as I am quite confused to make any move.

    Do you mean binG?

    I would only worry about backlinks GWT shows you.
    Do you see any pages indexed when you search "site:yoursite.com" ?
