Page impressions

    hi i have a little question what page impressions exactly means?

    each time a visitor loads one of your pages it is counter as impression

    no..not that.. each time an ad unit loads page impression counts. if we have 3 ad units in one page then page impression will increase by three if that page loads.

    If you have 3 ads you will still have 1 page impression and 3 ad impressions

    They are both right. I think the answer you are looking for is, when you initially log into adsense, the impresson number they give you is how many page views you got. By looking at your advanced stats, you can find out how many individual ad impressions you got (3 for every page load for example). Hope that helps
