Page impression problem

I recently start using statcounter to compare the page impression with adsense. There is a daily difference of about 15-20% (adsense is showing less). Is that normal or do I need to contact G about it. Keep in mind that we are talking about total XX,XXX impressions/day so 15-20% of that is a lot.

 

One thing you have to remember is that the Google ads are displayed using a small javascript. So if someone goes to one of your pages and backs out before the script runs then Google will not register the page impression.

There are also people that disable JS and/or disable Google ads so they will not load. I find AS reports about 70% of the pageviews that statcounter does.

 

I am also having the same problem. For me the ratio is about 50%.

Anyway it is normal. Because many users are using plugins to disable Java script and google ads. so, these will not be counted in our page impression
