With the information filled I am looking to make or buy if reasonable a form that generates pages. The form would create a subfolder from the main part of the site like so "mywebsitename.com/whatevertheywantittobe" From there the form would a basic website complete with board and private messaging. The owner's would have a admin page where they could edit and create more pages. Almost like an open source, free to write out html, css, and even use javascripts. Anyone dwell in that area or can point me in the right direction? most important thing as well I am not looking for "fancy" or "complex", just something to get the job done. It is for my and others personal enjoyment.
