I know there is a format for a page to turn up in serps for specific queries that are stated as questions. For instance "what are widgets?" If anyone could give me some insight, as i can not remember what the specifics for the page format are. thanks for any help
It depends on how heavily the search engines weigh your page's relevancy with "what is x". To increase the ranking, get more inbound links from other pages with anchor text, "What is x". In addition, highlight this phrase in your page's title and header tags.
