Hi, I am using adsense since 18 months . It is said that Page CTR should not cross 10%. But I've got Page CTR 650% . What does it mean ? omg, I haven't seen any stats like that. all the CTRs are over 300% and the max is 650% and the earning is also very high. what content is your site talking about? Do you think 100 visitor love to click over 300 times to the ads?? Have you contacted google about it before??

Your getting clicks without real impressions/visitors? must be, because how could you get more than 100% ctr? 1 impression 1 click would be 100% ctr 650% ctr = more clicks than impressions.
I am doubtful about the image... to be frankly speaking... just see some stats are showing CTR but eCPM is ZERO how can this happen ? this is not normal
that is pretty much possible! 1) visitor opening clicks in tabs! 2) visitor hitting back button and clicking again, if you are getting search engine traffic then you will be safe with that kind of CTR! still contact google and tell them, One of the main problems of having so high ctr is a chance to get "smart priced!"
Thats quite whacky. If you page impression for the month is over a hundred then you should notify google immediately. If you think you are not guilty, then don't do anything. Like someone up there said, one impression, 650% ctr is surely possible but its just not right, logically speaking. Decide from your shoes what you should do bud. Best of luck!

Feeling a little full of shit today? Thought so. Something dodgey going on there mate. It's either someone on your page, opening the links in new windows continuously, or clicking, going back, and clicking again.
As already said , Yes you have been clicked bombed . Some one is trying to ban you from adsense and you better take care of this situation because if this continues then you will be banned from adsense .
