CTR => Click Through Rate CTR is most commonly defined as "number of clicks" divided by "number of impressions" and generally not in terms of the "number of persons" who clicked divided by the "number of impressions". Clickthrough rate (CTR) is the number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown (impressions). Your ad and keyword each have their own CTRs, unique to your own campaign performance. What Google says about CTR:
