I have a website from German , but my website pages are not caching , last page cached by search engine in oct.

 

Consult your site map and change its settings for Google Crawl according to requirements. After doing so you will get results…

 

create your sitemap and submit at google webmaster tool. After submitting, google will crawl your page automatically.

 

Gather some do follow high pr quality links for your site and submit in social networking sites, it can improve your site crawling.

 

Build back links for your website on daily basis. And if you create a blog within your website and update it daily then this will be more helpful in regular crawling of your website.

 

Add all of your website pages in to your normal and XML site map and submit your site map in Google.

 

And and top of what others have told you, don't forget simple tasks like pinging your site.

 

Submit in Directory and Social networking sites, it can improve your site crawling.

 

You can use social bookmarking website for this and you can change your crawlers settings in Google analytics.
