Hej, I have a question. I conviced 2 of my friends to join adsense program(they have a big trafic webpages). I have spend some time describing rules and basics for them. My question is, can I make a special subpage of my webpage with an info about ansense(how to join, what to expect etc) with a big Ansense referral? We can't encourage ppl to click ads but can I ask ppl to register using referral from my webpage(i don't think so)? Of course I'm interested in getting this 100$ if they manage to get their 100$ in 3months. Thx in advance for answer.

You can set up a page explaining adwords and adsense. How to join, what to do, etc etc etc There are entire ebooks that have this process in them, and they have no problem getting people to join using their referral codes embedded in the ebooks. So doing the same on a site should be okay, unless (UNLESS) you actively tell people to join under you using your referral code. You can use your referral code on the page about explaining adsense, etc.
