Page 3 to page 1 sudden jump

    For a keyword term we ranked 4th with the destination as the homepage, this slowly slipped position by position until it sat in 11th at the top of page 2.
    Yesterday the deep page talking about this keyword was 19th or 20th and until yesterday the top of Page 3.

    Yesterday this deep page jumped into 4th place, (6th place when checking at home)

    I have never seen a move like this in the year I have been doing SEO, we haven't been actively link building the deep page like the home page.

    Any ideas?

    As of 15mins ago, its now in 3rd, so from page 3 to 3rd?

    Page 1 to page 30 sudden jump is also a possible thing

    My last site was on 2nd No. on a keyword. But one day it went to page No. 60. Next Day it again comes on 2nd position. It is a normal thing...
