I'm selling a content site I have written at http://www.lovehandleexercise.net



This is a completely handwritten content site that I wrote about Love Handles and getting rid of them.
The site design and graphics are also unique, professionally designed and not a template.

The search phrase "Love Handle Exercise" gets searched for thousands of times a month according to Overtures suggestion box. This site is perfectly setup for search engine ranking and is currently PAGE 1 on Google.

This is a new site, 2 weeks old. I have only just put adsense on so assume no income as yet, but you do get the domain name, the website design and all the content. There is very good potential for adsense earnings.

The site features on page 1 google for the keyword 'Love Handle Exercise' which gets searched for a few thousand times monthly - screenshot

There is also some traffic from google, aol and ezine articles (unique articles posted, not the same as on site) - screenshot

I will never sell this site or this content again, so it is yours to do with as you like. You will be the complete owner.

Hi, I'm confused. You said "Love Handles" was searched for 3000+ times a month on google. You then say that you are on page 1 for "love handle exercises" which is searched for thousands of times per month. Which is it?

To clarify as it could be confusing, where are you for ranked for "Love Handles" on google and how many times a month are "Love Handle Exercises" searched for? Like I said, it could confuse somebody into thinking you were on page 1 for a term which is searched for thousands of times a month which the the statements in your listing don't support.
