    How do you tell that?

    According to Google Keyword Tool the figure is closer to 9000 for an exact match.

    Top 3 ranking and 5-10 ranking have a lot of different. If you can hit first place again, you will see some huge difference. Plus, it depends on which day too.

    It gets 8100 globally - it's not in the US - the searchers aren't US searchers. There's an entire world out there that isn't the USA.

    Traffic has now doubled over the last few days and still have around 50% CTR for adsense.

    Things seem to be going in the right direction.
