    Well you can`t say any keyword. For example ranking for keyword "facebook" will be pretty hard tbh About "2,880,000,000 results" In the other hand results for "the first second ffs lol omg wtf haha bartat" which is 10 results :p

    Thats a pretty big claim!

    If you're going to get any bites, I think you'll need to provide a bit more info:

    1. What link building methods will you use?
    2. Will you accept payment on delivering Page 1 or do you need payment up front?
    3. what happens if you can't get page 1?
    4. How long will you guarantee your ranking "sticks"?

    I can assure you for MOST of the high competitor keywords. It will take around a month or two/three and yes it will stay there.
