Padding Problem

    Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to put the blue bar on top of the little gray content boxes so they are together? Notice how the blue bar is separated from the content box below it?

    I cannot figure out how to make them together while still having a space between them.

    But then the tables would be merged together, and I do not want them together.
