    Here is what he does:
    1. He hacks Godaddy accounts.
    2. Sells the domain names here
    3. Asks the buyer to pay to some hacked paypal account.
    4. Transfers the funds to his own paypal account.

    Then, one day you get the email from Godaddy that the domain names have been returned to the real owner. You are left with nothing- you lose the money as well as the domain name.

    Now, if you try to file a dispute at Paypal and even if manage to win the case, the scammer stays completely safe from all this because the owner of the hacked Paypal account now has to refund the money.
