Selling Package of 10 niche keywords ready to go

Don't want to waste all your time researching and trying to find good keywords? I have done it for you! This is great or newbies or those just breaking into the micro niche adsense business!

I have available many niche keywords that are good to go for micro niche site creation. I am selling them in batches of 10.

There are no duplicate keywords in any of the batches being sent out, every keyword is unique.

All the keywords meet the following criteria:

Local Search Count: AT LEAST 3000, most much higher
Exact Phrase Count: Under 100k
Ad Cost/Value: Adwords Ad Value of at least $2.00
Strength of Comp (SOC): All SOC is very low (under 50) with a green check mark meaning good to go

These batches will be sold at $20 per batch of 10 keywords.

This is a great price considering you can take any or all of these keywords and quickly set up micro niche sites that bring in $1-$5 dollar per day each at minimum with little work. Or you can take the keywords, build quick and simple sites and then sell the sites for $20-$30 a piece!
