P.O Box and Mobile Phone numbers are Accepted for PayPal?

I want to know that P.O Box Address and Mobile Phone number are Accepted for PayPal?

As of i know you can add PO box address as second address. I am not sure with mobile nos.

 

PO box is not accepted by paypal you need to get a real address.

 

I supposed if you can prove that you live inside the PO Box or your country does not have physical addresses then you can use it, otherwise you need to use your real address. Don't give fake ones or one which you do not physically reside in.

 

Im not sure neither.I think the accept them.
