my flatmate has been playing it non stop for the past few days...it looks entertaining for a wee while, then it just gets annoying.

 

P0rtal is the game your flatmate should be playing. best game ever? maybe. game of the year, easy.

 

I have a 32MB video card, is that enough :-P

 

That idea was pitched by a few guys from my university (it was their 4th year project, well a smaller version of the game was), I think it's a pretty good achievement.

It is an ace game, the song at the end was amazing

 

I'm making a note here: huge success.

I am a console man myself, but I'm thinking about buying/stealing the game for the pc because I know you can download other people's maps and that would greatly extend the life of the game.

 

Portal? Didn't know they were releasing it for the PC...thought it was just in the orange box for the 360.

 

there is also the orange box for the pc and the ps3. though many people have complaints about the ps3 version that is not in the other two

 

Oh right...guess i'm not in on the whole game scene much anymore. Just cause my flatmate is a gamer (he does game design at uni)...

 

tell him to design a game where ...uh...boobs...something with boobs.
