Hello DP, I had an oxado account since March 2007 and i used to promote their ads on my sites. After 6 months of hard work i only earned about 59euro since Oxado don't serve ads worldwide and it have a low CPC ( about 0.07euro ). Anyway, about 4 month ago i stopped using them so i emailed the support asking them if i can withdraw my 59euro via moneybookers or check.. whatever! They told me that i have to close my account and after 90days i got my payment automatically. When i readed the TOS i found that if i close or cancel my acc, it may that i loose my earning, so i decided to sak them again, and i got the same answer ( that i'll be paid 90days after the termination of the acc ) BUT the problem now is that even after 120 days i still not receiving any payment or even an email from them ! I email and contact them many times but they ignore me and i get no reply ! Any solution for this issue ? Anyone experienced the same problem ?
Wow, thats a very... tricky situation, because now you don't have an account at all, and you may have lost your money too.

wow... hope this gets sorted out.. i've been thinking of using oxado on site i can't put adsense on.. but now i'd rethink it
well, it seems that i'll get no answer. I'll post about in my blog too. I hope i can only get an answer from them, it drive me crazy when people just ignore me !
Hi, Sorry about the late reply. So, indeed there appears to have been a problem here. The reason for it is quite simple: all our billing/payment processes are automated, but not this specific case (it really does not happen very often: most affiliates either stop with less than 10 euros on their account, which per the TOS means no payment, or they keep on until they reach 100 euros). I'll handle your specific case tomorrow (can you give me your account number, or the e-mail associated with the account, or a site on that account by PM?), and try to get the thing automated for future occurences shortly. My apologies again about this issue, we're certainly not trying to scam anyone (we really make a point of paying everyone on time every month, and we actually do in the "normal" case, this case just slipped through).
