Ownership of website

    If I have a site made in Mambo CMS, do I own the site. It appears as though I can never copyright the site as the Mambo has permanent copyright.

    If you have actually designed the site, the design is yours. However, if you have used Mambo CMS as a toolset, then the actual code generated by their tools could technically be considered theirs.

    in the sourcecode it shows Mambo as copyright owner. I suppose that is definitive??
