    I prefer to own a house because renting a house will cost you more expenses but if you cant own a house and your not going to stay in that area for longer period of time then I guess it is indeed necessary to just rent

    I am living in my own house and not rented one (Obviously it belong to my parents) but hopefully in the near future when i will get married or something then me and my husband will build our OWN HOUSE too
