Own customize payment system

    Hi
    I have a query about payment system. If I do not want to use payment system like PayPal or moneybooker and I want to make my own payment system what is the legal procedure. Do I have to take some permission like verisign. What is the proper way to make it for my personnel business? Please suggest your opinions.

    So you want to be a company like PayPal, Moneybookers etc. ?

    This required to be PCI certified, lots of capital (+$250k) and staff, office, servers etc. You better think twice before you enter into such venture.
