Has anyone ever seen this error, it's my university email and they can't figure it out. They keep bumping it to a higher level of IT. Outlook Web App is currently disabled for user . I'd have guessed that the error message says it all. A user account has to be given explicit permission to use OWA (as well as connect via POP or SMTP), and if it isn't enabled you won't be able to connect. If that's what it is it is a very simple fix, but I'm assuming they've checked this (if they have sufficient privledges to do this) and if they aren't able to figure it out then it could be something more complicated. The other thing I'd check is that whether the connection parameters you are using are correct.
