Neither 100Mbit nor 10Mbit are shared: they're both dedicated.

Warez is better not, especially if it's publicly available!
But as we have no control on your server we cannot really check it.
Just one thing: if OVH shuts down the server because of warez, there will be no refund.

The unmetered Xeon is gone.
