no they won't be capped , ovh servers from .fr are unmetered. if you can p.m me what server you want then i can p.m the price to you and no i don't have a website , any one can put a website up but i do have 65 servers under me NOTE DUE TO DROPPING OF SET UP FEES FROM OVH .FR , AM HOLDING ALL SERVERS SELL EXPECT SP MINI THE 1ST SERVER , CAUSE THERE IS GOING TO BE PRICE CHANGE FOR BETTER SOON.
