Maybe I'm blind but I can't find the overture tool that would show you the current cost per click for the top x results. It was a spartanic cpc search. any help appreciated!

I have replenished my account with Overture soon. They have left it in -$28.00 but I never gave them permission to go on credit. Anyway when you login to your account and try to post/edit bids there are a pop-up window whne you should be able to see the bids.

    Best Regards
    D.

It depends on what you are selling and your trade model. My experience shows that Overture performs better when it comes to medium to higher proced products. Most people coming from Google are looking for bargain deals.

I just googled this thread. The overture bid tool is no longer working.

    Any other overture bid tools?

Whether Yahoo or Google is better is up for grabs as it depends enormously on what you sell.

The only way to find out is to test it out :)

The general theory is that most people using Yahoo or moms, or dads between 35-50

Google are used by a younger, more technically saavy crowd base.

Yahoo search is good for traffic but there was a lot of click fraud the last time I used it last year. $200 was eaten up and I didn't make one sale.
