Oh Overture, you amuse me so.

If anyone remembers my last post, I went into gory detail on the problems Overture has with it's own TOS. Rejecting acceptable ads, making incorrect statements over customer service, this sort of thing. If you operate a business, you'll probably know what I mean. Doubly so if you're in the Online Pharmacy industry.

This brings us to Part 2, Overture Sucks, The Reckoning.

Most of us are aware that Overture requires all Online Pharmacies to carry Squaretrade certification. Or do they? Try typing in any of the traditional "spam" drugs (Vicodin, Viagra) into Yahoo and click on an ad, 9 times out 10 you'll find that they do NOT have Squaretrade certification, and are "No prescription needed" rogue pharmacies.

I want to know what gives. Squaretrade means that I have to play by certain rules to remain in good standing, and make statements on my site that are potentially harmful to sales. Even requiring a prescription sends some customers away, why does Overture allow so many to get through, while playing Gestapo with others?
