oversee payment (noob)

    I'm not a USA citizen, can I participate in CJ? and how can I receive payment?
    If CJ have not programs to pay for oversee people, can I ask a friend in USA receive payment for me?

    I'm new in CJ too and EU citizen. Still after registering and declaring my VAT number i think will not be a prob to receive payments by them.
