    Hi Guys,

I am looking to outsource webdesign work overseas while I am at my day job. I do not mind which country you work come from. Requirements:

    1. 1-2 years PHP and SQL experience
    2. Can design a web page without a GUI (coding)
    3. Can create there own graphics (photoshop/fireworks/gimp)
    4. Able to work on your own when required
    5. Good/fluent English

    Benefits:

    1. Work from home
    2. Large variety of work
    3. Bonus if a website takes off
    4. The hours are 10am - 4pm with an hour for lunch
    5. Flexible working so that you can choose which days you have off

Let me know if you are interested or know someone that is?

    Thanks,

    David

    David,

Just for clarification, is the $300 indicated budget for 1 week or 1 month?
and you mean full-time staff that can work with your projects?

Its per month but will go up if the sites make money. I am not really looking for a company. I want to outsource work to a freelancer. 5 hours a day 5 days a week. The work will be fun, interesting and varied.

$300 a month for 25 hours a week work? that works out at a whopping £1.80 an hour man. Way way below the national minimum wage in the UK alone..

I agree..for a month you should spend more or less $1000..that's for 40 hours work a week.
the budget is too cheap to pay overheads.

If the working schedule is just 2 days/week, then it's considerable.

Most of them are right about what they are saying John, and i am sure you will be flooded with designers offering you cheap labor at the your offering, but keep in mind that the zest to work by these workers would initially be good for a few days but long term wise i don't see any commitment or motivation from them, and most importantly expect a mediocre quality of work being delivered. Talking through my personal experience here.
